Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for shipping.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
If you would like us to arrange shipping through our agent, we will inform you of the shipping charges for your approval before dispatching your order.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping (Available only for orders below INR 30,000): 2-3 business days
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.
3. Domestic Shipping
We ship across the country, offering both Standard and Express shipping options.
During peak seasons or due to unforeseen events, orders may experience minor delays, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
4. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping; however, rates and delivery times vary by location.
International orders may incur additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may cause further delays. For international shipments, we recommend that customers arrange their own shipping.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have specific shipping restrictions, which will be indicated on the product page and at checkout.
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
6. Missed or Lost Deliveries
We are not responsible for missed or lost deliveries. Please contact the carrier’s support team for assistance with any issues.
7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs for reshipping.

Cancellation Policy
For Cancellation, please contact us via email([email protected]).
1. A request for cancellation can be raised for high-value products ONLY(i.e. ball throwing machines
and accesories purchased with it only).
2. Requests received after 10 business days from the purchase date or after dispatch, whichever
occurs first, the
cancellation process cannot take place.
3. The payment gateway/transaction charges will not be refunded.
4. The request for cancellation of order will only be considered if there is any proper/genuine
reason.
5. The request for cancellation of order cannot be processed if purchased during a sale or with an
offer.
Replacement Policy
For Replacement, please contact us via email([email protected]).
1. A request for replacement can be raised for the products purchased directly from us.
2. Requests received after 10 business days from the purchase date will not be considered.
3. The request for replacement of order or part of order will only be considered if
a. there is any proper/genuine reason.
b. there is no physical damage and/or intentional tampering with the product or with it's
accessories
c. there is any manufacturing defect
d. not purchased during an offer or sale
5. Once the request for replacement is approved, the product with the accessories have to be
shipped to
our office/warehouse for inspection.

6. We will check the product for any manufacturing defect or tampering/physical damage once we receive it.
a. If there is no tampering/physical damage the replacement process will be initiated and be processed within 15 days.
b. If there is any tampering/physical damage the service charges will be intimated via mail
7.The consumer will also be responsible for repackaging, shipment, and payment for shipment back to us.
Refund Policy

1. A request for Refund can be raised for the products purchased directly from us.
2. Requests received after 10 business days from the purchase date will not be considered.

4. The request for refund of order will only be considered if
a. there is any proper/genuine reason.

c. the product or it's accessories are not used

5. Once the request for refund is approved, the product with the accessories have to be returned/shipped to our office/warehouse for inspection.
